eProtect System
- Full length split siderails fitted with anti-trapping system, in compliance with standard IEC 60601-2-52. The siderails are lowered using a gas spring to soften the effect of the siderail’s movement.
- Visual bed position indicators on the siderails.
- Easily removable headboard and footboard with quick release system.
- Mechanical CPR handle on both sides of the bed.
- Bed protected against infection, thanks to its steel structure with antimicrobial paint coating tested in accordance with ISO 22196:201.
- Fully electric articulated bed with IP66 protection against penetration of liquids.
- Tool-free, easily removable HPL bed base sections for easy cleaning and bed maintenance.
eMov System
- 150 mm integral castors. One of them with steering function.
- Centralized braking system with drive by a central bar on the footboard. The design of the bar allows the brake to be operated from both sides.
- Emergency battery.
- Bumpers located at the four corners as shock protection.
eSafe System
- With its wedge design, the backrest section siderails become a reliable tool for a safe mobilisation of the patient.
- Automatic patient exit assist position.
- Embedded full control on the backrest siderails. The external controls are from the hospital staff and the internal from the patient.
- Advanced wired nursing control unit.
- Preprogrammed therapeutic positions: Cardiac chair, Shock position, Pneumonia Zero, Examination and CPR.
- 30 cm of bed base extension.
- The combined self-regression (15 cm) of the back and leg sections promotes abdominal decompression and minimises the risk of pressure ulcers.
- Hand-operated, shock absorber-assisted foot section, independent of the knee section, to promote venous return.
Design and ergonomics
- Radiolucent backrest, including guides for attaching an X-ray cassette.
- 4 mattress retainer arcs to prevent the mattress for shifting.
- 4 accessory holders located at the bed corners to easily fasten accessories.
- 4 supports on the siderails for placing Foley-type bags.
- Bilateral drainage bag supports with DIN hooks on each one for placing drains, diuresis and nasogastric bags.
